Real-Time Monitoring
Every bid is timestamped and logged. Our systems monitor for suspicious patterns 24/7.
Bot Detection
Advanced algorithms detect automated bidding. Banned accounts lose all bids.
Manual Review
Suspicious activity is reviewed by our team. We investigate every report.
Bot Prevention
We use multiple layers of protection:
- Rate limiting: Maximum bids per second/minute from one account
- Behavioral analysis: Identifying patterns that look like automation
- CAPTCHA: Triggered on suspicious activity
- Device fingerprinting: Identifying bots across multiple accounts
- Manual bans: Our team reviews and bans bot accounts daily
Zero tolerance: Bots = permanent ban + forfeiture of all bids.
Timer Integrity
All timers are server-side and synchronized globally. What you see is exactly what runs on our servers. No "lag" advantages — everyone sees the same time.
Final 10 seconds: Each bid resets timer to exactly 10 seconds. This is handled server-side and cannot be manipulated.
Transparency
- Bid history: Every auction shows who bid and when (anonymized for privacy)
- Winner verification: All winners are verified before appearing on our page
- Audit logs: We maintain complete logs of all bidding activity
- Third-party audits: Regular independent audits of our systems
Collusion & Manipulation
The following are strictly prohibited:
- Multiple accounts bidding together to manipulate prices
- Bidding on your own auctions with fake accounts
- Coordinating with others to avoid bidding against each other
- Any attempt to artificially inflate or deflate prices
Violations result in immediate account termination.
