Items must be returned in original condition with all accessories and packaging.
Bid Refunds
Unused bids — fully refundable within 30 days of purchase. Contact support and we'll process within 24 hours.
Used bids — non-refundable, but if you win, you get the item at the final price. If you don't win, you keep your bids for future auctions.
Bid packs with free bids — if you use any paid bids, free bids are consumed first. Refunds are calculated proportionally.

- Items damaged due to customer misuse
- Returns after 14 days
Timeline
- Return request: Within 14 days of delivery
