1. Account Terms

To use Scandibid, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old
• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain one account only (multiple accounts are prohibited)
• Keep your password secure — you're responsible for all activity under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

2. Bidding Rules

By placing a bid, you agree:

• Each bid costs 1 bid credit from your balance
• Bids cannot be canceled or retracted once placed
• The auction timer and price are final
• You are obligated to pay the final price if you win

Prohibited Bidding Behavior

• No bots or automated bidding — we detect and ban automated scripts
• No bid manipulation — colluding with others to manipulate auctions is forbidden
• No fake accounts — creating multiple accounts to bid on your own auctions

Violations result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of all bids.

3. Payments & Bids

Bid Purchases

• Bids are purchased in packs (Starter, Pro, Expert)
• Payment is processed immediately via CrystalPAY
• Bids are added to your account instantly

Bid Expiration & Refunds

• Bids never expire — use them anytime
• Unused bids are refundable within 30 days of purchase
• Used bids are non-refundable

Auction Payments

• If you win, you pay the final auction price
• Payment must be completed within 7 days of winning
• Failure to pay may result in account suspension

4. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping terms are detailed in our Shipping Policy.

• We ship worldwide — delivery times vary by location
• Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery
• Claims for damaged items must be made within 48 hours

5. Returns & Refunds

Return terms are detailed in our Returns Policy.

• 14-day return window for items
• 30-day refund window for unused bids
• Refunds issued to original payment method

6. Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for:

• Violation of these terms
• Fraudulent activity
• Non-payment
• Creating multiple accounts
• Using bots or automated tools

Upon termination, all bids are forfeited. No refunds for terminated accounts.

7. Limitation of Liability

Scandibid is not liable for:

• Indirect or consequential damages
• Loss of profits or data
• Technical failures beyond our control
• Third-party actions

Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the last 12 months.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on Scandibid — including logos, text, images, and software — is owned by Nordic Bid AB and protected by copyright laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written consent.

9. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. See our Privacy Policy for details on how we collect and use your data.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We'll notify you of material changes via email or site notice. Continued use after changes means you accept the new terms.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Sweden. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Stockholm, Sweden.
