Every shipment is insured up to $5,000 — if it's lost or damaged, you're covered.
Tracking Your Order
Every shipment includes a tracking number. You'll receive:
- Email updates at every stage (shipped, in transit, out for delivery, delivered)
- Dashboard access — log into your account and view tracking in "My Wins"
- Carrier tracking — use the number on PostNord, DHL, FedEx, or UPS websites
Tracking typically activates within 24-48 hours after shipping.
Customs & Import Duties
EU countries: No additional fees — all taxes handled by Scandibid.
Non-EU countries (UK, Norway, Switzerland, USA, UAE, etc.): You may be subject to:
- Local VAT/import duties (collected by carrier before delivery)
- Customs handling fees
Check with your local customs office for estimated costs. Scandibid is not responsible for these charges.
Lost or Damaged Items
Damaged: Take photos within 48 hours of delivery and email support. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund immediately.
Lost: If tracking hasn't updated for 10+ business days, contact us. We'll investigate with the carrier and send a replacement if confirmed lost.
